CREATIVITY COACHING FOR MULTI-PASSIONATE CREATIVES
Are you waiting for clarity before you commit to a project?
If you’re multi-passionate, you’ve likely had a bunch of ideas, and unfinished creative projects over the years.
I help you commit to a project
(btw. it can involve more than one passion)
I understand deeply the frustration of having unfished ideas and projects piled up
You dream of blending your passions into one project, or business, because choosing is not really possible
You feel you’re in a clarity vs overwhelm situation
The projects you start, you rarely finish.
You think if only you were more organized and disciplined, you would create more
Underneath you’re worried about criticism
You have doubts of ever realizing your dream
With more people and businesses sounding the same, your creative voice is more needed than ever
THE SOLUTION
Lower the stakes, create your own process, and commit
This could sound like just another headline, but it’s actually creativity at its core.
Because creativity is a human process it’ll trigger feelings, expectations, and fears. It’s a messy ol’ process, for sure.
It’s best not to fight it, but to work with it.
You’re not wrong, and you’re not doing anything wrong.
It’s a messy process to navigate on your own, that’s all.
That’s why I’m not here to fix you, but help you figure out what project to commit to, and think differently about how your creating process can be. Once you learn that, you’ll not want to stop.
This is my 3-step approach.
Take imperfect small steps
The way you get started, and move forward, is by doing one tiny, imperfect step after another. If you feel resistance, your step is too big. This is the super effective kaizen approach.
You lower the stakes
This is where we look into what is getting in your way of creating. You reassure your mind that it’s safe to create imperfectly by lowering the stakes.
You build a personal process
Most people think of a process as something to get through quickly. But understanding how you work is how you stick with your projects.
“Katja is kind and compassionate, she doesn't impose a rigid, one-size-fits-all way of doing things, and she actually helps you find your own way.
She also helps you navigate between your daily life and your creative project. ”

Danish based creativity coach, here to help you finish projects.
Hi, I’m Katja (pronounced catch-ya)
Why is it that so many of us don’t get ahead with the dreams and ideas we have?
From coaching creatives for more than a decade, I know it’s not lack of skills, or ideas, or things like motivation, discipline, or even structure, that is stops us from pursuing a creative dream, but it’s believing that what we can do, or want to do, isn’t enough.
Our expectations are often crazy high, so, we stay in the loop of refining, doubting, and restarting, and don’t get proper momentum.
My clients don’t share industry. What they have in common, apart from being seriously lovely, creative, and skilled women, is that the project or business they want to create, is one that makes our world a little better.
This work is not an easy, quick fix, it is a process, and it’s the most rewarding and meaningful process.
It also happens to be incredibly good for you. Bonus!
